When Will My Order Ship?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • Shipping times can vary since we ship worldwide based on your location. Typically, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number 2 to 3 days after your order has shipped.

How Do I Cancel an Order?

  • Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours after placement. After this time, your order is likely already being processed or shipped, and we are unable to cancel it. We appreciate your understanding, as we strive to provide prompt service and get your orders out as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

  • If you encounter any issues with your order (such as a defective item, incorrect item, or damage), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing your case, and if approved, we will send a replacement. Please refrain from returning any items until we’ve reviewed your request; our customer service team will provide further instructions. Note that Red Rabbit reserves the right to deny any return requests.
  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
