Returns

• Exchanges and refunds are available for up to 15 days from the date you received your product. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
• To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition. Products that are altered or damaged—such as those with scuffs, smudges, scratches, or odors from cologne/perfume—do not qualify for returns and will be sent back to you at your expense. Please note that GUU does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
• All returns must include the original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style within the return window, you can return the original item for store credit and then place a new order for your desired item. Please be aware that a 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds, while there is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
• Once your return is approved, you have 5 days to send back the item. Returns postmarked after this period will be refused and sent back at your expense.
• After your exchange has been processed, please allow up to 5 business days for your new item(s) to ship (excluding items on back-order).
• Red Rabbit will provide prepaid return labels for domestic orders only if we have made an error, such as sending the wrong piece of jewelry.
• Please note that custom and solid gold items are not eligible for return, as each piece is made to order.
