• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico may incur extended delivery times.

• We process and ship orders within 2 business days. Please note that Red Rabbit is closed on major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

• Red Rabbit reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• For packages marked as delivered by carriers such as USPS, Canada Post, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, Red Rabbit is not liable for lost items.

• If you experience any fulfillment issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a resolution.
